Wicked Way -Returns & Exchange Policy
Customer service is of premier importance to us at Wicked-Way.co.uk. Your
confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We
aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction when shopping with us. We believe
our returns policy is fair and open, we offer 100% guarantee that any product
you are not happy with you may return within 7 days from receipt of your order.
In the event of a refunded return, we require that you return the unused
goods to us unworn, still in the original packaging and with all original
labelling/seals in place – with 7 days from receipt. New and unused
means there are no marks on the items or wear on the tags and have been returned
to us in saleable condition. Wicked-Way.co.uk will not accept returns for
any goods that have been worn, washed or that tags have been removed. Sale
items are non refundable.
In order to facilitate your return, you must obtain a returns number by emailing
us within the stated cancellation period. This number should be included in
your returns note, which must be included in your return.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us by secure means. You
must take care of the goods in your possession until their return to Wicked-Way.co.uk.
We strongly recommend that obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office,
as we do not accept responsibility by goods lost in transit. Postage costs
will only be refunded if goods are faulty.
How to Proceed with Your return or Exchange
1. Please email hello@wicked-way.co.uk
for your Returns Number. In your subject heading please state REFUND or EXCHANGE.
2. Follow the instructions that have come with your invoice and receipt, fill
in the form with the necessary information.
3. Securely wrap and package the item with the completed form and send back
to us.
4. Please send your return or exchange to: RETURNS, WICKED LTD POST, PO BOX
145, FORMBY, MERSEYSIDE, L37 4WT. We recommend that you send all items registered
when sent through the mail as we don’t take responsibility for packages
we don’t ship ourselves.
Receiving your Refund/ Exchanges
Once your package has been received within the stated time frame, we will
begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality check,
once endorsed your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
You will be notified via email when this has taken place. Refunds can take
up to 14 days. Please allow 2-4 days for an exchange.
The above process must be followed to ensure a refund or exchange is actioned.
A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our
standards as set out above by Wicked Ways Ltd.
Items Excluded From Returns
• Pampering products including Skincare & Perfumes will be accepted
for refunds, as long as all packaging is intact, no seal is broken and all
goods can be resold.
• Due to high turnover of our books they are non-returnable
• For Hygiene reasons all knickers and panties are non refundable
